WEEK OF FEBRUARY 1:
Civil Crew 1:
Track installation will continue on NE Grand Ave from Lloyd to Oregon. Business access will be maintained at all possible times, but at some locations it may be necessary to temporarily close a driveway while the track installation proceeds along Grand. Sidewalks and crosswalks will remain open whenever possible; however some crosswalks and sidewalks may need to be closed as they are rebuilt.
• Up to two lanes on the east side of Grand will be closed during the work hours of 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
• Side streets may be closed east of Grand as the track is installed in the intersection.
• Bicycle access will be maintained along Lloyd Blvd.
Civil Crew II:
Track installation will begin this week on NE MLK Blvd from Davis to Burnside. Business access will be maintained at all possible times, but at some locations it may be necessary to temporarily close a driveway while the track installation proceeds along MLK. Sidewalks and crosswalks will remain open whenever possible; however some crosswalks and sidewalks may need to be closed as they are rebuilt.
• Up to two lanes on the west side of MLK will be closed during the work hours of 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM.
• Side streets may be closed west of MLK as the track is installed in the intersection.
Civil Crew III:
Advanced utility work will continue this week in preparation for track installation. Crews will be working at the following locations:
• NE Grand from Lloyd to Hassalo
• NE Grand and Broadway
• E Burnside and MLK
• SE Grand and Pine
Water Crew I:
Crews will begin the installation of a new water line on SE Grand from Mill to Hawthorne. Business access will be maintained at all possible times, but at some locations it may be necessary to temporarily close a driveway while the water line construction proceeds along Grand. Sidewalks and crosswalks will remain open whenever possible.
• Up to two lanes on the east or west side of Grand will be closed during the work hours of 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Crews will be working on the installation of a new water line on NE Broadway from 2nd to Williams. Business access will be maintained at all possible times, but at some locations it may be necessary to temporarily close a driveway while the construction proceeds along Broadway. Sidewalks and crosswalks will remain open whenever possible.
• Up to two lanes on the north or south side of Broadway will be closed during the work hours of 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM.
• Side streets may be closed on either side of Broadway as the work progresses through the intersections.
• Bicycle access and accommodations will be made on Broadway.
Water Crew III:
Crews will be testing the new water lines at the SE MLK and Market crossing and on NE Broadway from 2nd to Grand.
• Up to two lanes on the east or west side of MLK will be closed during the work hours of 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM.
• Up to two lanes on the north or south side of Broadway will be closed during the work hours of 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM.
Water Crew IV:
Crews will be paving from Pine to Davis on Grand. This work is dependant on the weather. Business access will be maintained at all possible times, but at some locations it may be necessary to temporarily close a driveway while the construction proceeds along Grand. Sidewalks and crosswalks will remain open whenever possible.
• Up to two lanes on the east or west side of Grand may be closed during the work hours of 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
• Side streets may be closed as the intersection is paved.
Sewer Crew I:
Crews will be working at MLK and Pine on the manhole reconstruction work. Business access will be maintained at all possible times, but at some locations it may be necessary to temporarily close a driveway while the manhole construction proceeds along MLK. Sidewalks and crosswalks will remain open whenever possible.
• Up to two lanes on the east or west side of MLK will be closed during the work hours of 7:00am and 3:30pm.
• Pine may be closed on either side of MLK during the work hours of 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
• Bicycle access will be maintained on Pine
Sewer Crew II:
Crews will be working on the installation of the sewer line between Alder and Washington on MLK. Business access will be maintained at all possible times, but at some locations it may be necessary to temporarily close a driveway while the work proceeds along MLK. Sidewalks and crosswalks will remain open whenever possible. Between Oak and Morrison on MLK there may be parking and one lane of traffic closed on one side of the street 24/7 to accommodate storage for materials and/or equipment necessary to complete the construction work.
• Up to two lanes on the east or west side of MLK will be closed during the work hours of 7:00am and 3:30pm.
• The two center lanes on SE MLK may be closed to traffic with the two outside lanes being the through lanes. Some locations will have parking closed to accommodate the work in the center of MLK and ensure it is safe for the crews performing the work.

Business access will be maintained at all possible times, but at some locations it may be necessary to temporarily close a driveway while the manhole construction proceeds along MLK. • Oak may be closed on either side of MLK during the work hours of 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Business access will be maintained at all possible times, but at some locations it may be necessary to temporarily close a driveway while the work proceeds along Oak. • Some lane closures on MLK and Grand may occur as work progresses through the intersection.
