Streetcar Fares

Fare Information:

  • Proof of valid fare is required to ride on Portland Streetcar under Portland City Code 14A.110.
  • All TriMet tickets and passes are honored on the Streetcar.
  • The Annual Streetcar Pass is valid on the Portland Aerial Tram
  • Tickets are sold on-board the Streetcar and on the Streetcar platforms from ticket vending machines.
  • Streetcar Annual Pass and Streetcar Only Tickets available for purchase at ALL of the following locations:
    • Lloyd TMA, 700 NE Multnomah Suite #340
    • PSU Transportation at the Urban Plaza
    • Safeway, 4 locations:
      • 1010 SW Jefferson
      • 1303 NW Lovejoy
      • 1100 NE Broadway
      • 2800 SE Hawthorne Blvd.
    • South Waterfront Community Relations, 3030 SW Moody, Suite #220
    • TriMet's Ticket office at Pioneer Courthouse Square - NOW SELLING BOOKS OF TICKETS TOO!

  • Have your ticket available to show Streetcar personnel if asked.

Fare Pricing:

  • Streetcar Fare: $1.00
    • Valid for 2 hours on Streetcar Only
  • TriMet Fares will be available for purchase from ticket machines and will be valid on Streetcar and TriMet for 2 hours.
    • All Day Fare: $5.00
    • Flat Fare1: $2.50
    • Honored Citizen2 Fare: $1.00 (This will be the same button as the Streetcar Only Fare)
    • Youth3 Fare: $1.65 (Available only at platform ticket machines)
  • Streetcar Only Annual Pass: $150

1Adult: 18-64
2Honored Citizen: 65+, people on medicare and people with a disability
3Youth: 7-17 and Students in high school or pursuing a GED

  • Portland Streetcar assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged passes.
  • Reproduction of annual passes is illegal; laminating is not allowed.
